Q1. Can you give us a general introduction of you and Smaugs? Could you tell us your role in the project and briefly introduce Smaugs?
— My name is Emre Ulgac I am the founder of the Smaugs NFT.
In addition, I manage all development and planning processes of our NFT marketplace application.
I have been working on crypto since 2017 and I continue to do so. I worked in software development and artificial intelligence projects and companies for 5 years.
One of the most exciting topics for me is to integrate artificial intelligence technologies with NFT.
Smaugs NFT is a marketplace where you can sell your digital assets in the digital world.
Our primary goal is to quickly activate the NFT marketplace. We solve the fee and speed problem, which is the biggest problem in nft marketplaces, by using the Binance Smart Chain network.
Q2. How many team members do you have working with you? And can you also tell us their roles?
— We have 6 members that includes 2 core developers, 1 Marketing Manager, 1 UI Developer, 1 community manager and 1 Human resources manager.
All highly skilled professionals with backgrounds of working with software development, artificial intelligence and crypto projects.
Q3. Can you tell us about NFT Marketplace and how user can create NFT?
— Smaugs NFT is a marketplace where you can sell all of digital assets in the NFT world.
Smaugs marketplace is working on the Binance Smart Chain and completely decentralized.
You can turn your assets in the digital world into NFT tokens using the Smaugs NFT marketplace and earn a lot of different gifts.
Artificial intelligence technologies meet with NFT. 🚀
We are working to ensure that the competitions in different fields are in the structure we will establish.
What I mean by competitions, for example, we are building a structure that enables participation with NFT tokens through our logo design competition system.
In the future, we want to make the opinions of all our users valuable with the governance logic.
Freelancers will now be able to sell their designs as NFT.
Q4. How does Staking works in Smaugs?
— We will activate the staking and farming features for our investors until the marketplace.
There will be a partnership related to this. We will announce the starting date and details on our twitter account tomorrow.
It will start very soon after the announcement.
APY rates will change dynamically according to the total stake amount.
Q5. What are the benefits or Reward in Smaugs?
— Our staking and farming pools are planned for 1 month. We will have NFT token rewards for stakeholders for 1 month.
In addition, our events will continue until our marketplace opens.
We also have an event this weekend at 15.00 CET. We are waiting for you all.
When our NFT Marketplace opens, there will be Smaugs token gifts for transactions.
In addition, the advertising system that we will activate in the market place will also be among our awards.
Q6. How many Partners do you have? And what do you expect from them?
— Tosdis finance one of our partners for staking and farming.
We also have a plan to partner with some famous artists and game companies.
Our team is working on this. We also wanted to attract people outside of the crypto field to our platform and make them permanent.
We will also have negotiations with freelancer platforms for partnerships.
Q7. Can you tell us about the Transaction fees in Smaugs?
— We are solving the fee and speed problem, which is the biggest problem in NFT marketplaces, by using the Binance Smart Chain network.
Currently, the fees vary between 0.5–1 dollars.
This is one of the most important differences compared to other networks.
Other than that you will be able to create NFT token in a minute. Easy and very fast.
Q8. Can you share with our community the plans you and your project have for this year and the coming years?
— Smaugs token listed Pancakeswap on April 18.
This weekend will be a Artwork event.
After our smart contracts development over, they will be sent to Certik company for audit.
There will be central exchange listing in May.
Stake feature will be activated.
Depending on the audit process, the nft marketplace will be available in May.
Different events and competitions will be added to the system.
At the end of all these developments, we want to be the meeting point of many different areas.
Q9. What are the major challenges of Smaug and how do you intend to solve them?
— One of the biggest challenges is to bring crypto and other different sectors together.
In order to solve this, we want to meet with freelancer sites and work integrated with them.
Apart from that, we want to organize game tournaments with game companies to ensure that the items for the game are purchased with NFT tokens.
Besides these, another challenge is that it has to be an easy-to-use system. We work hard for this.

2. We will be organizing competitions and events using the governance structure.
3. A different unique NFT token award will be given to those who complete some collections in the NFT marketplace.
4. By developing new game concepts for the game industry, people will be able to collect NFT tokens and make certain improvements and character creation. We are working on these and similar scenarios.
5. By making a gift package, you will be able to send NFT tokens to anyone you want.
6. For each transaction, the Smaugs token will be credited to your account as a reward.
7. We aim to offer more options in payment methods by partnering with different tokens.
@WihelminaWilny: As a new player in Marketplace NFTs industry, what is the compettitive advantages of Smaug to maintain a strong NTF community as well as attract new individual investors compared to others Marketplace NFT projects like DEGO finance, Twinci, lootex etc?
— Most importantly, we want to generate value for artists and people in all other industries, rather than simply generating NFT tokens.
The value we want to create is that all activities related to artificial intelligence, games or artists are decentrally combined with NFT by those who want it.
